Hello and welcome! I'm Koatney Black, and I'm thrilled you've discovered us at New Orleans Over The Top Balloon Decor. Before I embarked on my balloon decor journey, I honed my creative skills as a hairstylist and dabbled in party design on the side.

In 2017, I made a significant career shift, deciding to manage the day-to-day operations of our family-owned business full-time. Since then, we've grown our team to four dedicated individuals. Together, we specialize in planning and crafting elaborate balloon decorations. We take pride in pushing our creativity and skills to their limits, ensuring every piece of decor is as unique and vibrant as the events they grace.
